Self-Expression on Silks and Rope- You can invert, you have a couple of climbs and a few tricks, but you just can’t flow yet.Aerial Boost- This class shows you how to address inversions of all types, see the physics in each movement to make use of strength you already have, find efficient pathways, build strength, or take smaller, more achievable steps to your next goal.Mixed Level Lyra- Mondays at 1:00pm and Wednesdays at 12:00pm.Mixed Level Silks and Sling- Mondays at 12:00pm and Wednesdays at 11:00am.Trapeze Low Set Choreography- Wednesdays at 12:00pm.Trapeze Mixed Levels 1 & 2- Mondays and Thursdays at 11:00am.Rope Mixed Levels 1 & 2- Wednesdays at 6:00pm.Students will work towards climbing, creating foot locks in the air, and inverting with light or no assistance. Note that aerial silks is different from aerial yoga. Some performers use dried or spray rosin on their hands and feet to increase the friction and grip on the fabric.
